Our friends at Island Joy Rides asked us to create a delicious fruit forward tea to be served hot or cold on all their adventures.  

We created a deep berry flavoured tea with hints of sweetness from the licorice and a refreshing finish from the mint.  This tea is delicious as an iced tea and is a favorite in my fridge in the summer.

Ingredients: Apple pieces, rosehip, hibiscus, elderberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, black currants, peppermint, blackberry leaves, saskatoon berries, licorice root, anise, caraway, fennel, natural flavours.

Steeping Instructions

Add 1 teaspoon to 8 Oz of boiling water. Steep for 6-8 Minutes.
