Inner Compass Yoga and Ayurveda - signature blend

We partnered up with Lena Watt from Inner Compass Yoga and Ayurveda to come up with a signature blend that represents her business. We wanted an Ayurveda tea blend that included ingredients to support and heal the body. Working with elderberry and licorice root, we added the healing ingredients of nettle, tulsi, ashwagandha root, burdock root and hawthorne leaves. Adding a bit of spice to give the tea an essence of Chai and finishing with a bit of mint to cleanse the palate. This tea will become part of your regular routine.

Ingredients: Elderberry, licorice root, peppermint, cinnamon, lemongrass, ginger, cardamom, clove, hawthorne leaves, spearmint, nettle, burdock root, ashwagandha root, tulsi, anise, caraway seed and fennel seed.
