Stonehouse Teas does not refund, return or exchange the purchase of any loose-leaf tea, gift basket or food product.
We will exchange or refund teaware and tea accessories if you are not satisfied. You will have 30 days from the time you received your teaware to notify us of your intention to return the item to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can return your teaware instore with proof of purchase. Please email our store at email@example.com or call 250-286-1231 to notify us of your intent to return an item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 605 11th Ave Campbell River, BC V9W 4G5.
All returned teaware and tea accessories must be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the product we will issue a refund, exchange or in store credit.
If your product arrives damaged or broken, you have 72 hours to notify us. Photo documentation needs to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved by the carrier, a replacement product will be shipped.
